Breakfast choices were fine. The hotel is a "no cash" policy that makes it difficult to conduct minor transactions. Staff were having a hard time processing payment for coffee, they were unavailable most of the time at the coffee station.

Check-in was horrible. They person who checked us in was absolutely rude. None of the staff members were smiling. The hot tub was dirty. Good Nite Inn - Redwood City
Room service dropped off new towls and maybe took the trash out but the bed was not made the whole four night stay an no new soap the whole time. Not that big a deal compared to how clean and nice the property was but just something i noticed
