"The room was spacious and clean. Parking was free and plentiful. The rate was affordable. Breakfast was good. The only downside was that the toilet ran, but it was not audible with the door closed."

"A pleasant retreat in the middle of Palo Alto offices and business parks. We had an evening event in the area, and we’re headed to Santa Cruz the next day. This was a perfect stop, my son enjoyed the pool in the evening, hotel was quiet, though the doors are heavy and I was woken up a couple of times by neighbor entering/leaving. Gardens are pretty, vibe is calm. Do wish Deli stayed open longer, closes at 6 on weekends. I noticed coffee shops and quick bites are closed on weekends in this area, since it caters to business workers M-F. Brazilian steakhouse on premise if you like that cuisine (we’re vegetarian). Not a deal breaker since we ate at our event, and stopped further down the 280 for breakfast in the morning. A continental breakfast would be a perk. Beds comfy, room in great shape."

"Adorable lobby and room. Shower was AMAZING! A corner cabinet or somewhere to store personal items would have been lovely. Upstairs rooftop was great, but the fireplace would only stay on for 5 minutes at a time, the champagne glasses were plastic, and the waiter called us Cougars. :-P"
