"For the price we paid I expected it to be better than it was. The revolving door doesn’t work and we had to push it with some force to open it every time we went through it. Not one person commented on it. We asked for 2 extra pillows and they called back checking we asked for a blanket. "Great location, great staff, clean and spacious rooms. Only down side was no microwave in the room. We had delicious Chicago food we couldn’t eat later in the day. Overall great stay!"
