"One of the dryers doesn’t work well. Our tv was broken and then they moved us into another room with another broken tv. There was a huge hairball in the bathroom, and burned holes in the carpet. For 300+ dollars for two nights not including the 45$/night parking fee it was super subpar. "

"No internet was slow "

"Asked for extra towels one evening and they kept saying they send someone over. We called twice and finally fell asleep without a shower. I should also add this was a suite for 5 people and there were only 3 towels available. I called back next morning and again they told me they would send someone. It wasn’t until I asked to speak to manager that my extra towels showed up. "

"Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. In the morning, my breakfast, at the restaurant, arrived quickly and was delicious. The shuttle to the airport was timely and efficient with the driver assisting me with my bag. Many thanks to all for an enjoyable experience! "

"This hotel was absolutely great. The breakfast buffet is above the typical you get at other hotel chains, and the shuttle service is also premium. The property is very clean, and on the fancy side. We did hear the planes from the airport but for me it was white noise, and worked out just fine. Highly recommend this hotel!"
