"We stayed for two nights and left after a wedding we attended. The young lady at check-in was very friendly, accommodated my husband's request for a first floor room without hesitation (due to his leg issues).
The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean - soaps, towels, hair dryer were all supplied. The hot water lasted to the end of my shower. Pillows were soft, fluffy.
We view the Monarch as a true gem for the city of Moscow. We will not hesitate to stay at the Monarch the next...

"The second floor has absolutely no sound damping so you hear everything. The bed forced you to the center because it is so wore out. I normally don't complain but these issues are to tough to ignore. I found the room spotless and the gal I spoke with was excellent and helpful."

"Checked in late and had to wait to find someone to check us in. Floors made lots of noise and we woke up the people below us just walking from bathroom to bed. Bed was broken and made sleeping impossible. Free breakfast was nothing and we had to go find food at another establishment."
