"Very convenient for Ezeiza airport after a long flight, with a prompt pick-up provided. Staff extremely helpful and friendly on arrival. A good night’s sleep in comfortable beds in a clean, functional room. Decent options for the breakfast included. All staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout."

"This hotel is super expensive. The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable and the mattress should of been thrown out yesrs sgo. It had ruts in it - not Marriott standard. The trattoria was expensive pasta with jumbo serves - us$44 for a bowl of gnocchi Bolognese is crazy. $168 for a caterna malbec i bought in Salta at a restaurant for $70! Next time ill stay in city and get up half an hour earlier"

"Ok I was one of the first guests , of course it was clean and new. Be aware there is no staff at night so when I arrived, I could not turn the heat on. It was a very cold night. Little things since it was so new; I could not open any soap or shampoo containers. The breakfast always good and a very nice neighborhood"

Fortunately, nothing was missing from the room, however, the door must have been unsecured for the whole day since the room was cleaned by the hotel staff. I don’t believe this was intentional, the door had to be pushed hard to secure it, but nonetheless it was not a situation I wanted to be in. "The location was well situated in Palermo Soho, safe and walkable. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, but it would be nice to have for longer stays. The staff was friendly. We would stay again."
