"The check in process was all done virtually. No live person, no front desk. Just Face ID, QR codes and numeral codes. It was my first time encountering this process and I had a hard time. I did find my way through the check out process via WhatsApp and communicating with someone on WhatsApp. Once I was able to check in it was smooth sailing after that. "This was a really unique property. It was clean, beautiful, and convenient. We felt like we were staying in a historic building. The included breakfast was coffee, fresh orange juice, toast, croissants, and spreads for the toast. The only con is that I wish the breakfast included protein. Eggs would have been nice. You can pay extra for it but it is not included. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay again. "
