Loved the indoor thermal hot spring. Food very good. Pools to cold. No washcloths. Said use pool towels but then charged for them. We didnt bring money down to swim. Had to walk to room wet.

Stay away

Noise: the hotel plays club music in the open courtyard 8-11pm where old male guests try to dance with youbg belly dancers. The walls are so thin you can hear entire conversations next door so with that kind of music you wont be ablw tonsleep. Staff refuse to tuen it down. If you have tours scheduled early (some tours depart around 5am), you'll be exhausted. Worsr cuatomer service I've ever experienced where the stafd will hang up on you and ignore you for an hour when youre standing right in front of them. The front desk was annoyed with my request to turn down the music so they fave out my passport info to a nosy bystander guest when he asked for it Cold water: if you plan on showering at the same time as other guests, you won't have hot water Cleanliness: i found pubic hairs on the bathroom doors when i first entered my new room Bed: the ned is rock hard and feels like sleeping on a plank It's really a 3 star hotel at best. Very old and outdated. Horrific cusromer service

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt wirklich sehr schön und angenehm. Besonders positiv möchten wir das Personal hervorheben, das durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war. Wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten, wurde uns jederzeit direkt weitergeholfen. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war lecker und abwechslungsreich, sodass es eigentlich immer etwas anderes zu entdecken gab. Dadurch wurde es auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt nicht langweilig. Ein absolutes Highlight für unsere Tochter war der wunderschöne Aquapark. Sie hatte dort unglaublich viel Freude und konnte sich richtig austoben. Gerade für Familien mit Kindern ist der Aquapark unserer Meinung nach ein großer Pluspunkt. Auch die gesamte Anlage hat uns einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und haben uns während der gesamten Zeit wohlgefühlt. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Besonders Familien mit Kindern können hier eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Insgesamt war es für uns ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Akşam geç saatte giriş yaptım,reception pernoleni, güler yüzlü yardımcı oldular.Odalar çok kötü,spa bölümü rezalet.Odakarda ucuz kağıt terlik,klima rahatsız edici,banyolar kötü kokuyor.Spa bölümüne inmem istedim bornoz havlu vb ihtiyaçlar bulunmuyor,yardımcı olanda yok.Neyse gece gürültü ortamda uyudum.Sabah kahvaltısına indim ,inşaat şantiyelerinde kahvaltı görünümü herşey karma karışık,Herşeyi ile tek yıldızı bile hak etmiyor.

Tam olarak neyden baslicami bilmiyorum sneak barda çikan killi salata mi ? Aksam yemeginde verilen kokmus sütten yapilan pastadan mi ? Saat 12 de uzaticam konaklamami diye resepsiyonu aradim 1 saate ödeme yapacagimi söyledim ödemeyi hemen yapmami söyledi hanimefendi. Allah tan diger personel yardimci oldu ödeme sürem için . Fiyat konusunda indirim sordugumuzda bize internet fiyatini söylediler . Bi abimizin tavsiyesi üzerine geliyoruz her seferinde ama zaten tatil sitelerinde verilen puanlamalarin ortada olmasinin sebebi gayet açik. Gelecek olanlara tavsiye . Gelmeyin üzülürsünüz verdiginiz paraya. Bazi calisanlar gok güleryüzlü yardimci olmak için can atan insanlar. Ama bazilari kendi ödediginiz parayla sizi satin almaya çalisabilir

Mitt verste hotell opphold noen sinne!

Jeg har hatt mange opphold på ulike hoteller opp gjennom tiden men dette var desidert den verste opplevelsen. Hele historien begynner med at vi ankommer hotellet seint og dem finner ikke bookingen vår i systemet deres. Så sier dem at de ikke har rom? Men så utdeler dem rom alikavell. Dem har ikke heis til rommene så en blir nødt til å bære koffertene opp trappene på et 5 stjerners hotell 😂 Når jeg sier 5 stjerners hotel så er dette hotellet ikke verdt 1 stjerne en gang. Totalt utslitt hotell. Når vi ankommer rommet kan jeg ikke tro jeg ser. Rommet er så utslitt og alt er så gammelt at jeg vurderte å bare kjøre vekk der i fra. Rommet kokte av varme. Når jeg skrur på så kalt aircondition, lager den en motor aktig ulyd. Totalt umulig å sove med den på. Airconditionen kjølte ikke rommet en gang. Det var gule og ekle flekker på sengetøyene Det luktet rart av håndklene Badet var ikke ordentlig rengjort. Sengen var så hard at jeg fikk såvidt sove 1 time. Den hardeste sengen jeg noen gang har kjent på. Jeg unner ingen gjester å oppholde seg på dette hotellet. Styr unna!

A little disappoinment

I remember enjoying the five star quality of a hot springs hotel located near the Hierapolis antique grave site. Also located nearby is Pamukkale (Cotton Castle) that amazes any new comer. That was about 20-25 years ago when the hotel was brand new...However this time it was a little disappointment, as the hotel has gotten old and the quality of services rendered was not what I expected. I know it is a temporary situation, and with the conditions getting better in the country, the hotel will go back to its good old days. Otherwise, I recommend the hotel for everyone.

Shabby, a little creepy

The facilities are in need of an update. Insects in room. Staff needs training. Buffet was not appetizing, wasn't replenished, so if you do not arrive at the very beginning, there isn't much, and what's there is picked over, not fresh looking. Spa is okay, but expensive. The indoor pool is very nice, but cold.

Needs renovation

Nice lobby, check in was fine the room was nonsmoking but smelled like smoke. The dinner is included which is nice, and it was acceptable. There was live music and a belly dancer which was fun. The air conditioning was poor we opened our window and the lighting in the room was poor. The breakfast had food left over from the previous dinner.

Ac not working in any room in May, tons of mosquit

no ac in any room, it was hot and full of mosquitoes, all they offered was to open the windows and use repellent, had to spray the room like 5 times, couldn't sleep.
