"When we got checked in, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the phone isn’t working, when we locked the door because we have to go out, they said they have no key that works. We rented 2 rooms good for 6 each but they only gave us 2 cups. When we ate out, the manager had a bad attitude toward us. The staffs are trying their best to help us but their boss is terrible. There’s oveall problem with the system."

"Place was clean, rooms were clean, great venue , have a small Cafe downstairs with great food, breakfast was average compared to other hotels but sill taste great. They do have a subpar wifi system it is the only problem I had with the hotel overall. Great staff, willing to help and explain everything clearly in room massages were great put me and the wife to sleep. If their wifi was better I would happily give 5/5. However the constant disconnecting and not being available and not being able...

"Very old and outdated. If you want to borrow an iron, they charge 100 pesos. Can’t turn on the faucet for hot water. We tried to check out before 8am and the person on duty was sleeping in sofa in the waiting area. "

"Upon arrival to property front desk was not helpful and instructions were not complete in how to check in. We had to wait an hour after a long flight just to check in. I’m disappointed with the service at the condo."
