"First of all, Expedia has it advertised as 10 minute walk or 3 minutes from airport. Far from the truth. 17km and 35 minutes 3 tolls away. No sign anywhere on the building and very dark at night. Our Uber driver could not find it neither. We finally got out and asked. Everything is modernized. Had to find the Email to find passcodes to enter. Found a women once we entered and wanted to know how we got in. 20 minutes later and in my junk mail. The building is new, everything clean. Everything!...

The hotel is a bit older, but it looks like they’re in the process of renovating, which is a good sign. One downside was that the pool wasn’t open during my stay due to the renovations. "Exceptional location, this is not only a hotel its a complete experience. If you are tired of lame and boring hotels and want to really stay in a boutique hotel stay here hands down. If you have a car, there is a parking lot just next yo the hotel adding convince since parking in this area is extremely hard. The service is incredible which is not very comon in panama, so its a huge plus. I would definitely come back and stay here."

"The hotel looked amazing and the pool and casino! The staff was not very friendly even when speaking in Spanish . The room was nice but I had to speak to management several times about the soap , conditioner , and shampoo dispensers missing upon my arrival. I was Told bar soap was only an option at first which is ridiculous as the dispensers just needed to be replaced or filled up for the one I have . The only positive thing I can say about this hotel it’s the location is very very nice close to food close to shopping just a good energyand the staff was really nice. They’re under construction some of the rooms don’t have A.C None of the elevators have AC."
