The room was not clean, no tissue, no water for hours upon arrival. It smelled really bad and they don't have an elevator. Room service did not come by not once. It was a horrible place to stay and expedia would not move us....the AC smelled like mold and it was the worst experience ever and I travel alot.

The bathroom is dirty, toilet was not clean when we check in. I have to buy clorox wipes and spray to disinfect the bathroom and room. The room is dusty, floor has several beach sand. Bath towels are small. The only good thing is the location, in front of beach and close to the fishing pier.

Absolutely awful experience and would recommend booking literally anywhere else. My family booked a walk out beach room after adding a few days to our vacation staying elsewhere and immediately left after seeing our room’s condition, musty, filthy, stained floors with paint slapped over it, and lightbulbs missing. The bathroom was by far the worst part… urine left in the toilet, black hairs stuck to the toilet seat, clumps of hair in the shower, mold above the shower head and dirty cracked tub. We were traveling with a toddler and you couldn’t pay me to bathe him there . The mini fridge door was filthy and falling off-the wooden stand it was In was rotted and broken. The bed sheets were stained and also covered in hair, there was food stuck on the floors and splatters of unknown liquid everywhere. There were no towels in our room and multiple guests we talked to in the short time we were there mentioned “good luck” getting any same day. Our walk out beach access also had used needles by the path. Getting a refund from the front has been anything but easy and we were told we have to go through the booking site - even then the hotel requires everything be sent through e-mails to the manager with no solution in site for up to a week.

Payments are card only. They took the damage deposit out of my account within seconds, but said it'll be 7-10 business days for me to get it back. Why? It only took you a second to take my money, but cant hand it back to me. Disappointed.

Pulling into the property you can see it’s very run down. After checking in we found our room hand dirty floors bathroom and all the bedding had stains of bodily fluids. The staff was irritated that I wasn’t willing to stay in that room and offered another the next room had the same dirty sheets and unclean floors and bathroom . We needed up turning our keys in and left to find another hotel down the road. The property is nothing like advertised.

Traveled here with my 2 teen daughters for spring break. Got the double queen with kitchen. Staff were amazing. Called front desk for clean towels, TP and for a broom (brought in much sand). They sent someone up right away. Shout out to the bartenders, they really do it all. Friendly and amazing. The room. It was stocked with everything we needed to make meals in the room, which was nice. The view was EVERYTHING. Only complaint i have is that the sheets are too small for the bed and wouldnt stay on and the pillows were flat. Otherwise the room was very spacious. The pool/beach: pool area was nice, plenty of seating, wish they had a few more options for umbrellas or shade as it gets quite hot in the sun. The beach is literally right through the gates. You can rent chairs and umbrellas for the day. Nearby: there are giftshops walkable to the hotel along with restaurant options. Overall, i was very impressed in our stay here. And would recommend!

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. We stayed here in Panama City Beach last year and thought it was a little dirty, but this time it was on a completely different level. The property itself was filthy—trash scattered all over the grounds like no one even attempts to clean it. But the real issue started when we checked into our room. The door didn’t lock. Not “hard to lock”—it literally did not require a key to open. Anyone could just pull the handle and walk right in. To make matters worse, you actually needed a key just to close it from the outside. We left for a few hours to enjoy the area, and when we came back, our room had been “serviced,” but the maid didn’t even secure the door. Our room was left wide open for about six hours for anyone to walk into. That’s not just careless—it’s completely unacceptable and a serious safety issue. When we brought this up to the front desk, they acted annoyed, like we were inconveniencing them by pointing out that our room was basically unsecured the entire day. And the cleanliness? Disgusting. There was old coffee still sitting in the pot from previous guests, growing mold. The sheets were stained with who-knows-what. It honestly made us question if anything in the room had been properly cleaned at all. Between the lack of security, terrible cleanliness, and dismissive staff, this was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. We will absolutely not be returning.

The hotel did not match the photos viewed . Our room upon check in was dirty , bathtub not cleaned toilet clogged the whole time we stayed 6 days . We went to the desk and complained house keeping just have us new sheets and we changed them ourselves , sand all over the floor when entering for the first time . Horrible experience even for the price !

The best thing is we had our room directly on the beach to walk onto. The property just needs some basic upkeep.
