We had a problem with the AC in the room the first night but the front desk staff were so helpful and accommodating. Especially the gray haired gentleman at reception (sorry I forgot your name), and Howard at the poolside bar. These two are your best employees!

Very clean, friendly staff with absolutely amazing views from the 11th floor! The breakfast was top notch and well organized. Only con I had was seafood at restaurants was frozen not fresh and over fried. Tasted like Gordon’s frozen fish products for market price. Restaurant manager did noticed I picked at my food and gave a discount. So I can’t complain but customer service at all.
