"Awesome trip! Large room, amazing views!! Quick check in! Private balcony but the smell of cigarette from one of the other balconies was overwhelming at times! We had an issue with the toilet leaking and they came right away to try and sort it out. The small refrigerator does not keep food cold! Take a cooler! No microwave. And they need a larger coffee pot. There is a wait for an elevator and they have 3! You also have to use your key card to use the elevator to go anywhere! At Coconut Charlie’s, Breakfast was ok, French toast was dry, fruit had no flavor. And no tops for cups or trays to take upstairs! We also ordered lunch and had to go to the pool bar area to pick it up! We had to wait for them to bring it there instead of just getting at their bar! And was too hard, no flavor. A little pricey! And there was No variety from the 3 days we were there. The rooms are very quiet. The carts for luggage are too small, we had to make 2 trips. Parking is across the street and not free! Nice pool area and hot tub. Close beach access. Circle drive to load and unload! Staff was very professional and friendly! So our trip was not perfect! Will go back to try it again!"
