"Staff were very polite and answered any questions we had, and they respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign we kept hung on the door, because we like our privacy. There were some cracked tiles, a hair on the hairdryer, and stains in the microwave, but the room smelled like cleaners, the beds were fresh and clean, no bugs anywhere, all the appliances worked. If you don't mind leaves in the pool and your neighbors having kids or dogs, this was a great place to stay, for the price, A/C also works GREAT. Saw staff cleaning rooms around us and refreshing linens and towels regularly. No trash left in hallways or anything. Nice that it was also a no smoking facility."

"Melissa at the front desk was great. I booked a second night and the person at the front desk did not tell the cleaning crew. They including Neil showed up at my door before check on the first and I had already paid for the second night and continued to knock on the door. My husband and I are both disabled. This traumatized not only me but my service animal. Neil had a key and Target cart ready to entered"

"Jessica the front desk person was amazing and the only reason a gave a ranking to the staff. Everyone else acted like i was a bother and when I asked for something like water to be replaced in the gym the staff gave me an excuse for the whole 3 days I was there. Can it be cleaned better yes like soap and wash the carpets and wash the exterior. Bed was super comfortable to me and my room was great minus these few details of cleaning that could have been better but price for room was great. Breakfast was normal expectations but the lady who did that part was also amazing just forgot her name."
