The property was beautiful and in a great location close to everything! The only issue is there were no blankets or bedspreads on the bed, only sheets, so if you’re cold natured, you will need to bring your own blankets

All in all it was pleasant stay. The room i booked was not the room i received however. The room itself wasn't the cleanest and there was several issues, one being the toilet kept having problems flushing apon further inspection I noticed It was attached by a paper clip so I kept having to fix it. Two the chair outside was so rusted out (which I get will happen) but my son sat down and went right through it cutting himself slightly. The pool and restaurant/bar was a great time though. Its location is great also.

Resort is very good. Very beautiful and nice pool and hot tub on property .location Amazing ,close to everything. But the room we had need a good remodel. We had four people in the condo , but the bed sheets and pillowcases were for two people only. There was a good amount of dust in the room . Need a new furniture in the living room.

Couch and chair were stained and dirty : just to sit we had to put sheets on ! Place was dated and way , way overpriced . Will not recommend and will never come back .

We loved the ocean view, large balcony and privacy. The extra large oval bathtub was very nice. The toilet, however did not work properly. The handle had to be held down in order to flush properly. One element on stove was inoperable. Mattress was way too soft. Thought about removing foam topper because my back hurt so bad. Needs a new mattress or a topper more like memory foam or something, because you just sank in the bed.

I TRULY BELIEVE THIS IS A DECENT PROPERTY. HOWEVER, WHEN I ARRIVED, THERE WAS NO AC NOR POWER. I GET THAT SOME THINGS ARE UNCONTROLLED, BUT IT HOW THE MANNER WAS HANDLED. IT WAS A 4 HOUR PROCESS THAT ONLY TOOK ORBITZ 40 MINUTES TO RESOLVE. IT WAS THE RUN-AROUND AND ME CONSTANTLY HAVING TO FOLLOW UP WITH SOUTHERN RENTALS THAT MADE THE PROCESS SO FRUSTRATING

This property was very dated in bad shape needed some serious repairs done and upgraded furniture. It was all old and warn out. There was mold on the ceiling rust on the appliances and they were crumbling on the bottom. Doors would not shut without a latch to keep them closed door knobs did not work. When you ran the washing machine it backed up into the bathtub. The bathtub had standing water.

Everything was great till Tuesday the day before we had to leave! Two of the young guys that work at the cabana on the beach in front of building III and close to the volleyball net! Came down to the edge of the beach and decided to fish! They cast out their lines in the area we were swimming and hanging out. One of the fishing poles was directly in front of me! We let them know we were not happy and neither were some other people swimming in that area! I said it loud enough for them to hear me and I said if I step on one of those damn hooks I will come and break that damn fishing rod in half! One of the other people in our group also told that if he gets into he will bring it back to them and hand it to them!!

Condo was very clean and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The view from every room was beautiful! The building is having some work done on the outside but it did not affect our stay. I will definitely book with Southern Vacation Rentals again in the future.

The photos of the unit were not representative of what we found when we arrived. The furniture was very worn. The cabinets were also. Walls needed painting. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was extra large, which was all good. The whole complex was undergoing renovations, which I knew in advance, but one pool was completely closed and the main pool was limited to half open. I am saying all this because if not improved, people will stop coming.

This property has been a hassle from the beginning. Right after i booked, i got a email saying this property was under renovations but all the amenities were open. At that point i wanted to cancel because it was a special weekend but they have a no refund cancelation, they would keep my money. I then received a text message wanting me to send a picture of me holding my license, which was sketchy and they also wanted me to call a number and give them my credit card info, which was also sketchy, i followed through so i didnt lose my money. My wife and i get to the property, there is major construction going on with everything blocked or roped off, pools closed, 1 elevator working for an entire building so it took us 30 minutes or so to get a elevator. We get to the room and our code would not work, we tried and tried. They sent me 2 different codes, neither worked. So i texted the number and was finally able to get in the room. We get in the room and it is filthy, with bread crumbs on the counter to mold in the vent, sticky substance on the side of the refrigerator. Also both sinks in the bathroom was stopped up. The pools being closed was a big disappointment because we love swimming but we dont get in the ocean, especially after i was told all the amenities were open. I should have been told of the renovations and pools not open and giving a choice to cancel and get a refund but i was stuck or lose my money. Checkout time was 9am. We have never had a checkout that early.

The photos all showed a nice kitchen and living room. I got there and it was an efficiency apartment.I would have NEVER paid that price for basically a hotel room.

The location and view were five star. We were literally steps from Pineapple Willy's. The beach chairs and umbrella were included in the stay. Our condo was nicely appointed and comfortable.
