"Overall not bad for the price ( I used Expedia) and pretty much what I expected. The lounge chair needed a good steam cleaning and the floor better mopping but otherwise acceptable. On a down note the night desk never did pick up my call from the room phone as I had a question to ask so that was irritating. The complimentary breakfast was also as expected with the usual waffles, cereals, muffins, juices and fruits but as with so many hotel chains now the half fake powdered eggs are horrible. I understand the appeal for hotels in terms of efficiency and costs but hopefully enough people will complain that these chains ( including this one) will dump those horrible egg pancake looking pads for more real flavorful products! Again, overall I give them a passing grade."
