"Let’s start with the positive parts of my experience: The breakfast is decent; the front desk staff was very helpful; GrubHub delivers to the hotel. Now on to the rest of my experience: the hotel is dated and not upgraded at all. The walls are paper thin so I could hear noise from every room close by. Speaking of noise, ugh! There was a large group or family in a room next to mine, they were blaring music and partying most of the night. There were kids crying in another room. Kids running up and down the hallways was another part of my evening. I guess you get what you pay for! "

"Below average breakfast service. Like they were afraid to have too much out for folks. No milk for cereal, 1 slice of toast at a time. Always waiting for fresh coffee,bland oranje juice. No eggs or sausage and when it came out it was gone with a few people and had to wait again. In room coffee maker leaked, refridgerator was so noisy it had to be unplugged to beable to sleep. In room heater/cooler fascia was on the floor leaning on the unit with a knob missing but i managed to find the knob and install the fascia so it could be adjusted. Bathroom was not cleaned properly with the shower head half plugged. However the bed was very comfortable. Didnt take time to argue due to needing the room and more concerned withthe priority family emergency which we were dealing with. I feel this hotel was misrepresented by the photos and reviews, must have been very old or we just got unlucky withthat room. 2 levels and no elevator was also a challenge. Will be more cautious in the future"

"The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast was awesome. One particular employee making the pancakes was funny, engaging and did a great job. I wish I would have gotten his name. "

"We received a warm welcome from the courteous staff and love the ability to park directly in front of the hotel and select valet parking. We let the front desk know when we planned to check out and our car was ready and waiting for us. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed and large walk-in shower. The bathroom even had heated floors. Whenever we are in Lincoln we choose to stay here. "

"There was a flashing light on a detector in our room that was distracting and the A/C didn't really cool the greatest and it was a little noisy when it did kick on. Otherwise I would definitely stay again as the Kickback and breakfast is definitely worth it!!"

"It was a very nice place, I will say the bed was not as comfortable as some I’ve stayed in. Staff was very friendly and did a great job. Breakfast was really good. I do feel parking should be included in the price. We are already spending enough on everything else."

"Thy front desk lady canceled my entire reservation to begin with so I then had to purchase an entire room that was 100 more than my initial reservation. The pool was closed & I was never made aware as that was the only reason I chose that hotel. Extremely disappointed for the amount of money spent. "
