"From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info.
Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but...

"El hotel es hermoso y muy bien ubicado en el Casco, los restaurantes magníficos y la atención al cliente excelente. Lo malo las habitaciones que dan a la calle se escucha un poco el ruido de los autos tocando claxon temprano 😣 y seria bueno que en el área de la alberca te ofrecieran bebidas mientras estás en los camastros, en lugar de tu pararte a buscar algo de tomar. Lo demás increíble!"

"I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect.
The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us.
I would stay here again in a heart beat.
