The food is extremely overpriced, there are thousands of crabs that kept us up all night, the door doesn't actually fully close so many bugs come into the room at night, the air conditioning is at a fixed temperature and you can't change it (it was way too cold we had to wear sweatpants and a sweater), many water leaks in the room, and there was no one else in the resort. "The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly. It's a bit expensive, as I was expecting more of a luxury hotel. The only bad thing was the breakfast one morning, when everything was cold and the cup of coffee wasn't hot. The toast was hard as a rock, so it was a total disappointment for the price. The hotel person did provide a discount upon checkout after I complained that no one in the kitchen would answer the phone."
