Check out the glass floor in the spa to see the ruins beneath the hotel. Staff are super attentive! Travelling with my daughter felt very safe. Communication from hotel prior to trip was excellent. I had issues with my hair straightener and one of the staff members offered to go buy it from their shopping center and bring by the end of the day . He even put the receipt inside the bag .
