"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not...

"The hotel was absolutely lovely! The rooms were immaculately, clean, and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hot tub under the stars in the evening was absolute fantastic! We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Breakfast was also delicious!"

"Overall, I would give this property a 9.75 out of 10. Everyone was extremely kind. The food was delicious. I absolutely was in love with my room. The view was beautiful. I love having access to the bus to take me into town. Parking was easy. The spa was gorgeous. I think my only complaint that took away 0.25pts out of my perfect 10 would be the fact that children were allowed in the spa and instead of it being a restful time at felt like a playground. "We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel in Canazei. It was a bit tricky to get there there through with the hairpin bends but the scenary along the way was a total gem. From here you'll need around 40 mins to Ortisei and 10 mins toQC Therme. The staff was very nice (only the communication via English seems a bit challenging). Everything was good besides the parking situation - we got no parking slot on the day of arrival and the staff certainly couldn't recommend other legal parking possibilities...
