"Rooms are fine, staff are friendly, breakfast is VERY low standard!!! I stay at least 250 days a year in hotels; this is probably the worst breakfast I have seen in many years. To put it simply; couldn’t find a single delicious item. Juices are of the worst kind, just colors with chemicals. There are so many fresh fruits in this country, why can’t you put a real fresh juice…? Breakfast is a big thing in a resort hotel, this one is unforgettable, and not because it was good…! Look at the eggs, absolutely disgusting. All soaked in oil, just looking at it, you can lose your appetite. What is the problem to cook an egg, to each guest, according to his liking, instead of putting such a disgusting show… Second day, after realising there is nothing for me in this breakfast, I took off to a very nice cafe, a couple of kilometres away and had a great breakfast. Booked a tour from the hotel tour-desk, just to realize later that everyone on the same itinerary had pad around half of what I did. For the money paid, I surely expected at least a very decent breakfast. Jew is not that good, you have a construction site against your eyes, just a very narrow view of the sea and the beach."

"While the property was absolutely beautiful, the customer service and and hospitality were lacking. I find it confusing to see so many raving reviews, yet our experience was so different. It felt like all the attention went to building a beautiful 5 star resort, but there was no staff training to create the experience you’d expect at a place this nice. We sat at the pool for about 20mins and were handed our menus (There was only 2 other people at the pool this entire time). After about 40+ mins we realized no one was coming back to take our order. We had to walk to 3 separate restos/bar because no one seemed"

"Clean room, asked for a different pillow and was given one promptly. Lots of rules. No room service. Mary Ann and MJ were excellent servers - both showed great respect, care & truly deserve a promotion!! Our view was exceptional!!!!!! "

"Absolutely amazing. Loved it. Had a little trouble with booking but the front desk fixed it immediately without any hassle. Their customer service and putting the clients needs above their own has earned my business every time I go to Bohol from now on. The resort is beautiful, staff takes care of you totally. Food is great. Always a cycle outside to take you where you need to go. I’ve stayed at many places in Panglao but this is definitely my #1! "

"The actual villa we stayed in was pretty clean, it is beautiful inside as well. Pool side area could use some cleaning/scrubbing. Staff were very helpful and nice, from the driver who picked us up and drove to the airport to the receptions and other staff. They were amazing to deal with, communication was awesome. We love it there. "

" First, the building does not have an elevator, and we were placed on the fourth floor. As both my wife and I are senior citizens, climbing several flights of stairs has been physically difficult and inconvenient for us. This arrangement has caused unnecessary strain. Second, upon arrival, there was no toilet paper available in the washroom. I had to go down to the reception area to request it. Third, when my wife attempted to use the bidet, a foul odor came out of it, which was very unpleasant. Fourth, when my wife took a shower, the body wash reservoir was empty. I had to go down again to the reception to complain. Instead of sending staff to address the issue, I was given large refill containers and expected to fill the reservoir myself, which we found inappropriate. Lastly, we were informed that the extra pillow we requested would require an additional payment. In our experience staying in other places such as Pangasinan, La Union, Bataan, and Tagaytay, basic amenities were readily available upon arrival. A minimum of four pillows was provided, and we were not required to pay extra for such basic comfort. I sent the above to hotel manager and still waiting for response."

"The staff was courteous however they were unorganized and unable to check us in until 8pm! They did give us free breakfast however still frustrating. Overall the room and hotel was decent but nothing special. "
