"Clean room, the gym needs some attention, Breakfast was a just a bit below average. The lady at check in was friendly the guy at checkout needs some polishing about customer service. overall, an Okay stay. Thank you, God bless you all.! Try the burger place across the swale it's really good."

"BOOK THIS HOTEL! The staff is amazing, rooms are super clean, the fridge is stocked (for purchase items) and large enough to hold beverages / snacks you might bring in. The restaurant is superb. Everyone who works there is so friendly - that’s what stands out the most! Dog friendly!"

"We stayed 2 nights here in Lubbock at the Ashmore Inn. We found the room very clean with coffee in the room and shower supplies. The only issues we encountered was not enough cream and sugar packets and a dirty towel was left in the room. Simple mistakes, nothing to deter us from planning another visit here too see our daughter at Tech!"

"I was skeptical after reading the recent reviews but everything was great! No issues with check in, parking garage is close and plenty of parking was available. Yes, you have to pay for parking but thats standard with most higer end hotels downtown. Room was clean and spacious, free snacks and drinks in the room. The free happy hour was great, as was rhe food. I will definitely stay here again."
