"Room shows ware and tear. Toilet tank had crack top cover. Vanity sink has hole near drain. Room had an odor such that we needed to purchase room air freshener. Very minimal breakfast."

"It was a place to sleep. The bead was comfortable and clean.
However, it took over an hour to cool down the room enough to try to sleep. The air conditioning was OFF when we got in the room, and it was stifling hot in there!
The water, however, was not! It was lukewarm at best. Also, the bathroom was dirty. There was still makeup on the sink and a GRAPE on the sink from whoever had stayed in there previously! I don’t wear makeup, so I know it wasn’t mine!
The linen was clean, and the shower...

"they honored my hotel.com reservation but will no longer honor them . new management. no longer hotel 6 Shamrook hotel now in the beginning of renovations."
