Young lady who checked us in was very courteous and respectful. Got us checked in and helped with my rewards. Very clean and newly renovated. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Just great service.

Pleasant,helpful staff.the rooms are well appointed It was a really enjoyable stay. The valet parking is expensive and there is no self parking. Monarch (the hotel restaurant)was OK. The service good,food less so(an overdone omelet) Overall a nice stay…I will stay at Zaza when I’m in Houston.
