Was a great time. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Waterpark pool area was alot of fun.

Overall it was a nice clean rooms. Great location right at the ski hill. While I was not here for the skiing, I will specifically come back to this resort. The pool was open and a few amenities such as the coffee shop and a restaurant. Sent after the summer break. A lot of the outdoor activities were not open.

The resort is great, but the Approach hotel is the worst ever, super noisy and expensive, no air conditioning, no kitchen amenities in the unit only coffee maker and that’s it, no way to book again in this hotel.

Rooms were clean but basic. No air conditioning or housekeeping and not many meal options in the summer. The pools were great for the kids.

Location and amenities around the building were great. The building itself was pretty beat, and there was no air conditioning in the unit. We were there in July and it was hot. Difficult to sleep at night due to the heat.

Our hotel room was nothing like the photos. It had a strong odour and when we called the front desk the only thing they offered was an air freshener.

There is no A/C but the staff provided fans. Also there are more restaurants open in winter. So the variety in summer is not as good.

It appears that the renovation was just a new paint job. The bedding and towels were of terrible quality and need to be replaced. Parts of the bathroom were damaged and somewhat falling off the wall.

The amenities provided were very good and that my family enjoyed it. They really love both the sauna and swimming pool that came with the hotel. The only criticism Id give would be the room provided. I think it gets too hot especially at night which made it a little difficult for us to sleep well. They provided an a stand fan but it wasn't strong enough to subdue the heat. Overall the room is clean but the washroom tub drain was clogged before we entered. But the staff we're amazing, they fixed it right away.

Staff wasn't very friendly. No housekeeping. No fresh towels or anything done in the room. Was never notified to see if we needed anything or how our stay was going. The hallways and stairwell were filthy. Wasn't convenient getting into the building.

No AC in the room, and there was a very poor-quality stand fan. Honestly, this was the first time I have had such an experience in Canada. There was also no phone in the room. I tried calling the front desk a couple of times from my cell phone, but no one answered, so there was essentially no service available at all. There was a power outage that lasted for a couple of hours. The pool was closed during the outage, but it was not reopened when the power was restored. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from a hotel.
