"I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...

"The hotel offered excellent service from check in to departure, extremely clean and well appointed, a good selection and variety of breakfast choices. At the time we stayed the temperatures were extremely high into late 30degrees and at the time of our stay the bar had moved outside to the roof terrace which normally would be good a somewhere to sit and have a cool drink would have been appreciated.
