"Check in easy and polite, live piano in the lobby bar on Tues Thurs Sunday 8-11 pm, robes and complimentary bottle of red were a nice touch in our junior suite, balconies great with awesome view is the bay, and outlets were universal taking American, European, and UK charge types and maybe Australian and Asian too. "Perfect location, surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. Can get very busy & loud at the weekend. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. No window but it didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. Roof top pool very small but a nice space all the same to sunbathe and chill out."

"The Staff were ok but the hotel is ageing and looks and feels it. The Showers were poor in both Rooms; it took an eternity to get a sustainable flow at a reasonable temperature. The TV's; one didn't work at all and the one that did had only one English Channel Option with Subtitles, supposedly available in English; but not in reality. In my first Room I was bitten constantly; despite fresh bedding. So they gave me a new Room; the biting returned after just one night. The only redeeming feature...
