"Einfaches, aber sauberes Appartement. Günstig gelegen, 500m bis zum Hafen und 500m bis zum Strand. Die Inhaberin und das Servicepersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Jederzeit gerne wieder."

"Beds are less than desirable and pool area could use a good cleaning. Staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to the room so coffee isn’t warm by the time it makes it to you. No soap or toiletries of any kind. This isn’t a place to stay if you struggle with steps."

"Everything about this property is fantastical. I’m glad I chose it and I had a wonderful stay. Room clean and tidied up daily including refreshed bowls and cutlery as needed. All the rooms are close together but give 90% illusion of privacy so that was really great as well. Bed reset was daily. The sunrise view deserves a special mention. Highly recommend and I would stay there again."

"The hotel was well situated for easy walking access to town and the bus stops. It felt new and well looked after, and was in a good location for the couple of nights I was there. I booked a king room, which was on the ground floor and although the patio door was double glazed, you could hear a deal of outside noise. The room was also quite small and also did not have a secondary privacy curtain, so you did not feel private when washing/getting dressed etc. you would need to draw the blackout...

"We had a great stay at Margi House. The room was beautifully furnished, and the outdoor jacuzzi was so lovely. The hill, which many mentioned, wasn’t too bad and was easily doable. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly - always with a smile on her face. Just a few things that could be improved: our coffee & water glasses weren’t cleaned until the last day. Since we didn’t have a kitchenette, this would have been nice. The main pool was lovely, but we did have to fish out a lot of bugs...

"Wardrobe had a light in which kept clicking all night keeping us awake. People outside the hotel used the pool and beach seats making it difficult to get a seat. We did not get to go around the pool. Food choice was very poor if you are a vegetarian. Had the poorest food ever in Skiathos around the pool bar - tasteless chicken and cod bites. "The beach was further away than what was described and the “road” was not an actual road. The amenities ended up being less than what was listed, there are no washers, no parking, wifi sucks, etc. the pool was not clean, the food remained the same every day. It’s far from the main road. Towels were never changed, sheets never changed, never sweeper or mopped the room and we stayed for a decent time.
