"The staff was very kind in helping us deliver a present to my parents. Only wish the restaurant wasn’t so expensive. The location of the hotel is so convenient for the subway system and so close to Times Square. I do suggest not getting a room on the sofa facing time square, much too loud through the entire night."

The hotel staff where all very friendly, the property is clean and well maintained, and the location is great. The hotel is close to all the Theaters, transportation and many sites. I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is in the perfect location! For that reason alone we would stay again. However there was only one working elevator for all 26 floors and that was horrible. It took so long to get up for down (we were on floor 16 so couldn’t even do the stairs). If that’s fixed, this is the perfect hotel for a NYC trip! Steps away from the subway, Central Park and Times Square! So many places like Starbucks, Premier Deli, Dunkin and endless gift shops around the property. We stayed with our kids and it was such a great area to be with them. "

"The location and price were great and the staff was amazing. The downsides were that the pre WW2 heater did not work at all so I had to wear all my clothes to sleep to stop shivering and there was a mysterious wet spot on the floor the whole trip"

"Great location, spacious room but incredibly small bathroom. We are not large people but you could barely turn around in that room. The towels had seen better days. They no longer have bars of soap or little bottles of shampoo, only wall mounted soap, shampoo and body wash. We did not havea car nor did we eat breakfast."
