"Great clean inviting hotel with amazing common spaces. Greatly appreciate it being just a smidge outside of the chaos that is the historic city center. You definitely have an extra 15-20 minute walk to get to the primary tourist destinations, but after a day of the Uffizi to Ponte Vecchio to Academia human conveyer belt, a little calming walk back to the Hoxton was a welcome and wonderful retreat. Great hotel!"

"The hotel is gorgeous. You feel like you’re walking into a Tuscan villa, rather than a hotel in the city. Beautiful lobby with a bar. Rooms are very small, but with large bathrooms! Bed was comfortable and a king bed is a true king, not two twins pushed together (IYKYK). Very quiet and the rooms are pitch black all day if you are jet lagged. Staff was wonderful. Would def stay again!"

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "Stayed 5 days in May. Beautiful hotel just a short walk from the train station. Views from roof top restaurant and open air bar are among the best in Florence! Breakfast buffet superb. Staff friendly and helpful. Will most certainly stay again when in Florence."

"Fabulous! If I could give them ten stars I would. Our room was beautiful and immaculate; so comfortable I wanted to move in and live there. Breakfast was amazing; a feast for the eyes as well as the palatte. What really stood out was the staff. Every person from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, kind, and helpful in every way. I want to say we were treated like royalty, but it's more accurate to say we were treated like family. If I ever make it to Florence again I will...
