"We received a warm welcome whereby Natasha showed us where to park, where to eat, the property and extras like mini bar and fruits. As it was Christmas Eve she also reminded us that places close early and that we needed a reservation for restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and cosy with fluffy duvets and pillows. "The tent is amazing, very clean with everything you need. The Wi-Fi is really poor. Bit disappointed that there is no welcome food hamper, particularly as the shop closes at 5pm and the on site restaurant didn’t open. The hot tub was full of murky water and there wasn’t enough wood for the fire and the hot tub. Felt it was a little expensive. "
