"Overall the stay here was very enjoyable. It is an older resort, but it is clean. The beaches do not have chairs / loungers on them. There were no people on the beach / in the ocean when we were there. So expect the pools to be busy. "

Just a small suggestion for improvement: it would be good to keep an eye on termites in some of the wooden areas and to make sure the jacuzzi water stays hot enough. "Stayed in one of the larger units and it was very impressive with a private pool and amazing view. Hospitality from Mariano was top notch and he helped us booked a sunset horseback ride on the beach which was a highlight of the trip. Unique property up in the jungle of Mal Pais, so you will be best suited with 4wd car if you plan on driving. A sense of privacy and luxury while still surrounded by the outdoors. "

"Initially we had an issue . The staff was great (Isaac) is the man! Beautiful location and great place ! Even if you don’t play golf . Gotta take their golf course tour . Plenty to see and the guide was fantastic . The excursions we set up were awesome and better than expected . Everyone we encountered was top notch!"
