"The housekeeping staff were generally attentive. The documentation of the minibar use could be more efficient. The breakfast service needs more attention to the quality of the cooked items, and someone needs to manage the dining room. I had a dinner experience where one of the ingredients was spoiled. Luggage storage before arrival and immediately after checkout was a convenient and welcome feature as an international traveler. The rooftop sauna was out of order but the area is still worth visiting as there is a pool and great views. If you enjoy the nightlife and bar scene, the hotel is located in the Lapa neighborhood and walking distance to the restaurants and bars there."
