"Lo único malo fue el trato del personal de limpieza, una señorita se port ó un poco grosera por solo preguntarle cuánto tiempo iba a demorar en limpiar la habitación, respondió el tiempo que sea necesario en un tono grosero. Adicionalmente, si piden un uber al llegar a Rio de Janeiro, esten seguro de poner el hotel correcto ya que me sucedió que puse "Miramar Hotel by windsor" y me envió a otra ubicación sumamente lejos del hotel real."

"First time in Rio and we enjoyed our hotel. Is has everything you could possibly need. Room was left cleaned everyday and the staff were all friendly. We had great A/C and that’s always a plus. Will book this same hotel at our next visit."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The front desk clerk Mayra was so helpful and pleasant as we waited for our room to get ready. The food in the club house was amazing for breakfast and happy hour. Our only issue was the elevators. They were all over the place. Long wait time and sometimes the elevator wouldn’t stop on our floor. It was weird, but overall great stay! Great views and beach access!"

"Short stay but definitely worth staying. Felt welcoming from the inception. Special highlight to Marcelo at the front desk. He’s a Gem to that hotel. He was so patient and communicated so well thou there was a language barrier. He assisted with planning my tours and ensure my safety and enjoyment was #1 priority. Food and drinks were great."
