"My phone and primary credit cards were stolen in the crowds during the Lady Gaga concert. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Throughout the hotel all staff members (exception of housekeepers) spoke excellent English. We also found the location to be better than expected for all of our needs; convenience stores, money changer, pharmacies, restaurants and sidewalk cafes, and more."
