"Easy check in despite contactless. Easy to get in touch with a human when there was an issue. Friendly person on phone. Room was nice in that it had a separate living room area/kitchen that could be useful for longer stays. Floor was sticky so had to wear shoes and when we rinsed our shoes off, they were black with something. Window blind broken so couldn't raise up/down. Needs updating.
