"The place was absolutely amazing"

"Property is beautiful. Housekeeping staff are very nice. Check in was a nightmare- people randomly walk up to desks, rather than standing in line, and the staff doesn’t say anything. They don’t redirect them. The rewards desk is the same way. People who are not VIPs just jump lines and staff don’t care. Check in took at least 2x longer than it should’ve as a result. Same thing at the rewards desk. It’s like they are so afraid of getting a bad review or something that they just tolerate the free for all. On top of that, check in staff are not very friendly or welcoming. The woman I had was almost rude. And the 2 on either side, sounded very much the same. Probably from dealing with entitled and rude customers."

"The room was clean and big enough. The property is in a good central location. The things I didn't like about the property were that the lift security had been disabled so anyone could go to any level without swiping a room key and the lifts were on the main thoroughfare. The pool was only open from 9-5 and it wasn't late enough, on 40 degree c days (100+) I wanted to be able to come back to my hotel after a day out and relax in the pool but couldn't. Also a big section of the casino floor felt like the AC was broken there was no relief from the outside weather until you had walked well into the casino."

"First day of check in the door lock was not working due to law battery according to the nice cleaning lady who helped us contact the maintenance guy. The phone next to the elevator to call for help was not working. Found 2 little bugs 1 crawling in the shower floor and 1 crawling outside the shower that was nasty, not sure where did it come from but I got so paranoid sleeping at night. Also the smell of the sewer was so bad while we were walking at the back of the hotel coming from Allegiant stadium. First time staying in this hotel due to closer to the event we attended did not expect this will happen during our stay. I hope this well help get more maintenance service done so other guest will have good experience during their stay."
