"The outside conditions of the property needs attention especially the pool area. Last night parking was very limited due to some trucks and trailers were not parked over in the trailer parking area. However the rooms were clean and the staff were very kind and helpful."

"I stayed at La Quinta Inn Decatur in December, and overall the stay was okay. It does look like the hotel has been renovated, which I appreciated. That said, the cleanliness of our room was questionable. The door frame and several areas of the room looked like they needed fresh paint or touch-ups. The ceiling also appeared to have had water damage that had just been painted over. When staying in a hotel, I expect the room to feel clean, fresh, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, between the worn paint and overall condition, it felt more “lived in” than it should have. Additionally, the USB and USB-C charging ports in the room were not working, which was inconvenient. I share this feedback in hopes it helps improve the experience for future guests."

"Checked in and they gave me a room that had not been cleaned no sheets on the bed with trash all over the floor. gave me another room, could tell this room had not been kept up either the fridge would not close and there was no phone to contact the office. on top of that every day i had to take my key back to the office cause it rest every night.. the staff acted like they could care less about my stay or that i was inconvenienced by having to get the key reset every day. "

"We stayed Fri-Sunday and were very pleased, highly recommend. Another guest staying same time as us from the local area said this was their preferred spot. Wonderful staff at breakfast helped get each morning off to a fine start, breakfast was ample and delicious. Will be staying here next time! "
