"PROS: great location, beautiful beaches, many restaurants on site, MOST of the staff were friendly, easy to get to the other Atlantis hotels CONS: one beach staff literally took our umbrella from our lounger that we got up early to grab to give to another patron because she complained about not having one (because she came to the beach late) - obviously this would not be a problem if they had enough umbrella loungers! But there were so little of them and half of them were broken; WE WERE LAYING...

"From the approach though maybe not going to be great. But once through the gate. Thoughts were all good. Staff food and fun was great. We enjoyed our stay "

"There's a problem with the housekeeping. They were supposed to clean our room every day. We complained about it several times, but they never did it, until the last day, when they did the bed, but nothing more. It was really disappointing."

"i can’t say enough about the staff!! they are magnificent. Every amenity is anticipated before you ask. the beach staff is on the ball every minute. the beach itself is captivating. The Beach Club has the beautiful versailles gardens that are breathtaking and the grounds ooze history of opulence. "

"The hotel stay was great for our family; we traveled with a group of 13. It was great to have access to Atlantis every day! The rooms were very spacious; the staff were so kind. Started every day off with a great good morning from the cleaning staff in the hall! Breakfast was always fully stocked and fresh! Make sure you get the wings. Soo good! We ate 2 dinners at the restaurant, the steak dinner was my go too after seeing someone else have it. "

The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The views are absolutely incredible, especially overlooking the ocean—great spot to sit, unwind, and just take it all in. What really made the stay stand out was the staff. Shan, Treasure, Chris, and John were all amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything...

"This spot is close to the airport, right across from the beach. They have a good restaurant on site. The accommodations are pretty basic, thin towels, AC doesn't exactly work. But people were friendly and its in a good location. Something to note is that taxis are fairly expensive ($25 or so even for a 10 minute drive) so if you want to see more than the immediate area it'll cost you."

"Wildly expensive for what it is. We had a suite room, and began with switching rooms. The tub in our first room didnt work, there was blood on the bathroom walls, the lock fell off the door, we found a used blunt on the balcony, and one of the bathroom lights didnt work. We had a room closest to the lobby, which had loud music all the time. We had a two-year old, so even if the room was perfect we would have likely tried to move rooms. I'm not sure why they would book a toddler in that room....

"Friendly staff, resort needs to be demolished. Everything from the room furniture to the amenities is from 1980 or older. We were bored from the moment we arrived. After a few hours of arriving we decided to only sleep at the resort, and spent time at the nearby resorts for fun and entertainment. Would not recommend this resort until a new building is developed. "
