"The Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The drinks and water was ridiculously expensive. I paid $15 for a box of water and it took for ever just to get towels. for the pools. The room did not have a fridge to keep my medication for diabetes. The iron in the room was out of order and the coffee maker was not working well."

"Crazy expensive. Beach and pools close ridiculously early. Overhyped and overpriced. It was scenic and a pretty property but that’s about it. Beach is filled with vendors jet skis, bracelets, braids, conch shells etc. The area around the property is a slum. Taxis rip you off. Just not what we expected. One and done for us."

"Ok, so I gave it 5 stars, However there are a few things that can be improved upon. First, there is a "great need" for a serious remodel or updates! Wife and her first husband was here 26 years ago. When we got here, she told me that it still looks the same!!!!! Also there needs to be a snack or late night food line that closes at 2am instead of 10. It would obviously make it easier to enjoy the late night performances that end at 2:30? I’m just saying. The restaurants were amazing and the staff...

"Loved the central location to downtown Nassau, the beach, the port and so much more. The hotel was clean and staff very helpful with all needs. Did have a few things missing from the menu/change in menu from what was in their app which led to some items not being available. Even with that it was a great overall experience and would definitely recommend."

"The room, surrounding, beach and pool where well-kept and maintained. However there isn't much to do outside the compound as it is away from local shops and downtown. Generally friendly staff, although I did had a distasteful phone interaction with one receptionist while reporting an incident in our room, but after insisting that it has to be dealt with, management stepped in and rectified it. Overall My wife and I had a good and relaxing stay."
