"This is a family friendly resort, and the water park, pools, and beach are excellent. Hotel rooms definitely need an upgrade. The lobby and grounds are well kept, and housekeeping does a good job, but the rooms definitely need attention. Staff around the water park and in general are not so friendly or welcoming. Overall, great vacation but can definitely can improve the experience for the cost of staying here."

"Do not stay in The Reef. Very unkempt and there’s absolutely no restaurant/bars in this tower, the gift shop sold no alcohol. If we wanted to do anything kid friendly, eat, go to the casino, etc., you have to shuttle over to another tower. It’s very inconvenient when children and/or bigger parties involved. The cushion on the couch was disgusting and the rug looks like it’s NEVER been changed out. Lastly, you will be charged a delivery fee if you order room service; as if this is Uber Eats....

"My family and I stayed here last week. We had multiple rooms. The staff was excellent (especially Darrens). Free breakfast was surprisingly good way to start each day. Swim up bar was excellent. They have a punch rum party every M-W-F and that was fun. Best thing about the property though is its location on the island. Shopping, Marina Village and Atlantis is all a block or two away. You have full access to Atlantis amenities too. Economical way to enjoy a full family vacation. Can’t wait to...

"This resort is very old had to move rooms three times because AC went out! Not worth it!!"

"Unfortunately, with exception of front desk, bell hop and lobby security rest of the staff did not want to be bothered. Rooms amenities and furniture are substandard. Room service staff rude and not helpful. I wish I was told about Jack Hammering noise. I wouldn't have stayed. No towels at the pool three days in a row."

"This was the best experience I had at The Bahamas. From touching down at the airport, to check in, to check out. Everything was so well planned on behalf of the resort. I’m so amazed.
