"Great view from the front of the building which is a bit worn and tired looking. But the room was clean and functional. Biggest turnoff was the breakfast. This was not due to the quality of food which was comparable with most offerings of other similar priced motels. "We couldn't have asked for a more friendly place to stay! The management and staff were very accommodating and had great suggestions for places to visit nearby. "The fact that the whole town’s water supply was undrinkable was pretty bad. Theyonly provided 2 small bottles of potable water. Room was very small and there were no instructions with the TV - someone from the front desk had to come to turn it on. No in room microwave. "

"A very basic motel, but it was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Small fridge and microwave. Much better in price than other properties near Bryce Canyon National Park where we went for hiking. The difference in price was worh the 25 minute drive."

"Wow, immaculate! Within walking distance to great restaurants. Cowboys is a couple doors away and we ate there twice. The room was super clean. It had everything you would need. We would definitely stay there again if we pass this way."

"Stayed here while horses were at the fairgrounds. Had my 1 border collie with us. The room was very clean and nicely large in size. Everything was great. My only concern was how loud the heater was when running. It turned on/off often. That being said it did work well and we were comfortable. I would stay here again next year when we come back to ride again."

"This is our second time here and we really like it. It is easy to get to, plenty of parking and great host and hostesses. Ben working the front desk had some great info for us about the town and where to eat and was super friendly! Would def. Stay here again- dog friendly!!!"

"Overall great for the price. If you rent a unit with a kitchenette you will need to buy some supplies to clean and cook. But overall worth it! Staff was nice and easy to check in and out."

"Room was clean, large, and cute. Staff was very responsive and kind, so the virtual front desk was no problem. It had everything we needed. It kinda felt like it was an old motel with a makeover, which isn’t bad; it just needs a *little* more upgrading like plumbing (the toilet barely flushed), better outlet placement, and some hooks to hang stuff on in the bathroom. "I love this place! We have stayed here a couple times now with our 3 kids and they love it there! I only have a 4/5 on cleanliness because there was a lingering smell in our suite that I had to spray some body spray whenever we walked in! The pool is beautiful but there’s a lot more older people that did not like the sound of kids playing. One lady yelled out “inside voices” while they were jumping, so that’s stressful as a parent. "The door lock was broken, so obviously our door wouldn't lock. What was supposed to be shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was actually just body lotion and 2 bottles of conditioner, as well as the hand "soap" was actually just body lotion. The curtains were literally ripped off completely halfway down."
