"Eles não fazem limpeza embaixo da cama. Estava Imundo. Inclusive encontrei batata no quarto. Travesseiros são finos e bem desconfortáveis. Os trincos das portas de madeira, que dá pra varanda, estão enferrujados, quebrados ou caindo. Não tem armários ou prateleiras para roupas. Levaram mais de 40 minutos para fazerem um prato kids do almoço do meu filho, com arroz, fritas e filé de frango. Quando fizeram, o filé de frango estava cru."
