"The hotel was ok. We had an issue with our room which was not well cleaned but once we told them they quickly changed us to a new one. We had a sunrise excursion and they made our breakfast beforehand so we could have something to eat. The hotel was very good located next to a mall. I would stay here again, I stayed at many Novotels and this is the only one I had an issue with the cleaning but they were fast to solve it and very accommodating, so I would come back"

We had a ‘bit’ of confusion at the end of our stay but Ken, the duty manager on the day had explained the confusion and he handled the minor incident very professionally. Thank you, Ken…you are an asset for Jambuluwuk Hotel Malioboro for your outstanding hospitality! All our rooms are clean and always have all the amenities. Nice location as it’s near Malioboro!
