"We wrote to the hotel that we should arrive after 21:00....no response or check-in arrangements were sent to us. We got there at 22:30 and the self check in machine was down....so no help. Eventually some guy / staff member appeared from nowhere.... First he said our booking is not real.... despite giving him my printed reservation and booking number.... despite being paid already! Then we managed to get a room. The guy refused to validate our room for wifi and said to use the visitor option...

"We arrived later than expected and after the kitchen closed. The team were waiting for us patiently and prepared cold, but delicious dinner for us in our room. This was really unexpected, but very welcome after a long and arduous drive. We felt very well looked after. The room was spacious, warm, quiet and comfortable.
