Room cleaned every day. Staff were excellent. Underground Parking a bonus, out of the strong daily sun. Situated on a quieter area with no passing traffic Right in front of lake. View of the whole lake looking across to town. Would highly recommend this to stay. Very Happy. Sadly we had to leave early, due to a serious family illness at home. However, Owners did give us a voucher for the unused day's to usevover the next year.

This is our 2nd visit to Residence Ca’ Del Lago. We had a wonderful holiday and will stay there again. The hotel is looking down on Torri Del Benaco so giving us a lovely view of the town, Lake Garda and the castle & Harbour not to forget a view of the beautiful sunset every evening. The property has friendly and helpful staff who are multi lingual so there is never a problem with a language barrier. This is our second visit to Opera Relais de Charme and it's been another full ratings visit. The appartment is so close to the main points of interest. Also in a restriced area for most car traffic. We used the train to visit Lake Garda and with an all day ticket travelled via hyrofoil to explore many towns. Take to the mountains via cable car. Look down from 1,790 metres to the lake. You can train from Verona to Venice or Milan. When we visit again we plan to use Verona airport. It's not ...

Loved the proximity to the Arena and the other sights of Verona. Very cool decor and extremely well presented room with excellent air conditioning. Generous complimentary drinks in the mini-bar. Only downside was that the balcony was too small to be able to sit out on.

This property is advertised as 2 star but is definitely 3 at a minimum. Our apartment was virtually brand new and in immaculate condition! Great view from the balcony and the staff were all very friendly! Transport to the city centre is available right outside and I'd definitely recommend staying here - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wish we could have stayed longer as it was lovely and quiet.

I would highly recommend this property. It was very clean, brigth and modern. Cleanliness is the most important factor for me when I book holiday stay. The apartment had everything in the we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay and on our next trip to Verona we are going to stay there again! It felt like home away from home. Thank you!
