The only minor annoyance was that during our 1 night stay, we received a notification that weekly water heating inspection would happen a couple of hours before our check out, which was highly inconvenient as we were repacking our stuff (from 2 weeks of travelling) and getting our kids ready. "Very clean, modern, nice area. Very close to restaurants, shops. The cathedral and the galleria. Our AC was not working when we got to the room. Didn’t realize it until night time. But when we told the front desk in the morning about it, they got it fixed right away. Overall very happy with our stay. Just as a note; they don’t clean the room during the duration of your stay. And after second request of fresh towels they charge you 5 euros for each bath towel."
