"AWFUL! DO NOT stay here. It’s a small attic space that was dirty that smelled like cigarettes and air freshener. The air conditioner did not cool the space and there is not a window to open to air out the cigarette odor. We booked for one night and upon returning from dinner, the space was so hot and the odor was unbearable… we left at midnight and checked into a local hotel. All of our clothes smelled and we were so sweaty and smelly we had to shower before finally going to bed. I cannot...

"The air conditioning in the room doesn’t work. The hotel knew about it and they responded by bringing us fans that were very loud and noisy. It was hot and we needed to sleep with the windows open, but there was no mesh so we struggled with a lot of mosquitos at night. Couldn’t sleep well. "Todo excelente, el proceso de checkin fue muy sencillo y el código para entrar al edificio y a la habitación fue recibido oportunamente. La limpieza y estado de la habitación fueron lo que esperábamos. La habitación fue silenciosa y la ubicación del hotel ideal. The people running Bagutta Suites are very nice and the room was well decorated, however, the communication and check in process is far from smooth. When you arrive at the listed address, there is no signage whatsoever. There is a locked wooden door amidst other doors on the street. I was dropped off by Uber and contemplated leaving because the Bagutta Suites were not answering the phone number...

"Great location But… I don’t think it was made clear that the property had no staff on site at all if it was I would not have stayed here the room access lock box was very hard to find taxi access was not available had to walk 200 meters with two large suitcases taxi driver helped but even he couldn’t find the hotel had to ask directions overall I was disappointed and will definitely not stay here again"
