Hard to find a check in and the staffs were busy for nothing talking each other while I was checking in as if not is there. Lack of training and service mind. Inefficient process and the queue was mingled and we purely rely on the luck. Our room was in a different building and the path has many stairs. With a heavy luggage, you will have definitely hard time. The rooms are totally different from photos....

We also liked the breakfast, where you have a big variety of different food options, and the staff is very friendly. We also enjoyed being in the sea spa area, which is accessible within the hotel. "Great hotel and very clean rooms, amazing view and awesome breakfast. The only downside was that pool was located in another building and you have to walk outside to reach it in other building which was few minutes away."

"This hotel was definitely not a four star experience. The rooms were small and dated, there is no beachfront and the pictures were deceiving. The pool was crowded with elderly residents and not a comfortable experience for families. No other areas of the grounds- mini golf, tennis courts- were open to visitors. "
