"It was good for a quick one night stay for a college open house. Breakfast was ehh - our room was so outdated, pool was cloudy and it was so noisy in the hotel and outside. We did like the location otherwise and the staff were great! It’s expensive for what we got but it worked. Next time I would pay a little more for a more updated hotel"

"Lovely hotel w Yale-themed decorations, spacious room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Downstairs there’s ample spaces to work, read, meet friends. Great location on campus. My favorite hotel at Yale."

"The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them."

"We were charged $152 per pet $304 total for my two little dogs for a cleaning fee for one night so I paid more for my pets than the room. Our dogs are hyper allergenic and have hair so they don't shed and are cleaner than most people. Will never stay there again. "

"Besides the many homeless that were both sleeping in the lobby, eating the breakfast, and crowding the entrance/exit, the morning we were checking out, the ceiling started leaking water directly over the toilet, which not only splashed onto the toilet paper, but was dripping both water and ceiling pieces over the toilet The girl who checked me in was lovely and I wanted to have a positive opinion, but I felt unsafe and couldn’t use the bathroom the morning we left"

"The hotel is new, clean, and spacious. The staff was professional and accommodating. Breakfast was good…the same as most hotels I have patronized. The biggest downfall was that the parking lot was cordoned off as it had recently been paved. Customers had to park in the Panera Bread and/or Movie Theater parking lots. (My husband is a retired Hotel Manager…usually when a new hotel is built, the parking lot is paved PRIOR To OPENING!!!) As a person with disabilities I did not appreciate having to...
