"I recently stayed at citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport from 13–14 June. While the hotel was convenient for airport travel, I have been disappointed by the handling of a concern that I raised during my stay. Before checking out, I reported a missing personal item to the front desk and was advised that the matter would be looked into. I later followed up by telephone and was again informed that an investigation would be conducted. Since then, I have been waiting for some form of update...

"Excellent location, especially if you need to be near Gare de Lyon. It's right down the street and easy to get to with luggage. It's also near some cool nightlife spots. Lovely lounge and bar inside. I would absolutely stay here again. It's such a hidden gem."
